Returns & Exchanges

At Nuclear Blast, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your heavy metal gear and collectibles. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and that media like CDs, Vinyl, or DVDs remain in their original factory shrink-wrap.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a traceable shipping method; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
